Where can I complete the "Become a Vendor" registration form?

After you have successfully registered for a WeOZ member account, sign in, and head over to your profile page via the My Profile tab under your username.

Once there, click on Become a Vendor located near the top-left corner, fill in the form, and we will come back to you with the good news in no time!

  My registration was successful! Where do I go from here?

Worry not! As part of becoming a WeOZ Vendor, we will provide you with a Welcome Pack that includes your very own personalised guidebook on how to navigate your new home!

Also! It is a good idea to familiarise yourself with the Vendor Terms of Use before adding your very first product.

  Will I be limited to what services I can provide on the platform?

Not at all! As a registered WeOZ Vendor, you are able to upload and display products and services for any or all of our categories: experience tours, attractions and accommodations.

However, it is most important that you understand and adhere to our Vendor Terms of Use, any violations will be taken seriously as per the stated terms.

  What do I need to pay for?

WeOZ does not require you to pay any additional fees for setting up and maintaining operation on the platform.

As for what you DO need to pay, the details on your commission and payment period will be included in the commercial terms provided after your successful registration as a WeOZ Vendor.

  How will I get paid?

All booking payments on your products will first be processed to WeOZ and we will then hold the respective amount for 20 days from the day you deliver the product.

Once it is confirmed that you have done your part and there hasn't been any major complaints from customers, we will then proceed to add the outstanding amount to Available for Payout in the Payouts section in your Vendor Dashboard.

You will need to set up your designated account(s) to receive payment, then create a payout request for the desired amount from that available.
